Frank E. Marquez

THR3E Design was founded July 1, 2019 on the principle that business is best produced from relationships as opposed to traditional business development. Client relationships, both current and future clients, are vital to any firm’s success and ultimately define the trajectory of the firm. Frank Marquez, the founding principle, has a long career in developing relationships through proven commitments and responsive deliverables. He has created a long list of repeat clients who continue their design needs with THR3E Design. Expanding and continuing work with these clients is the key to THR3E Design success and continued growth.

 

He is a graduate of Texas Tech University College of Architecture. Throughout his 27-year professional career, he has focused primarily on the practice of healthcare design and has been responsible for the implementation of over 2.5 million square feet, totaling over half of a billion dollars of construction.

 

He is passionate about forging integrated delivery teams that serve clients with clear communication, accurate expectation-setting, and timely delivery of project commitments. He is passionate about elevating the profession of design in healthcare and ensuring the ultimate client, staff and patient experience. His detailed and collaborative project management style makes him a great addition to any project team.

 

Frank enjoys attending and volunteering in his children's sporting events.  Saltwater fishing and hunting make him an outdoor enthusiast but most importantly is the fact that he an avid 80’s hard rock metal head, and some of his favorite bands include Kiss, Dokken, Metallica, Queensryche, Sammy Hagar and many more.
