This tenant build-out was to accommodate an expanding physician/concierge practice in the Upper Kirby area in Houston, TX.

Challenges such as occupied tenant space below, existing HVAC conditions and budget constraints and material escalation due to current market conditions created an opportunity to think outside the box and deliver a higher level of design functionality. They wanted to stand apart from other practices and have a boutique-like experience for their clients.
